well there are more factors. It's neat but we don't know the weight of the person or how fast their going up the stairs. The faster you do it the more you burn same with weight.

Several reasons
1: Big start up costs. You build them in the cities, which means you need to get a property in the city or near it that is large enough and has utilities good enough. Usually in industrial areas. And second all the equipment costs money.
2: Company that made it invented quite a bit of technology to run it. So you'd also have to get the rights.

Good news is, they are getting built, more and more. This type and similar types. Its all just pretty new and it will take a while to really show itself.
But since they are making a killing, I doubt it will be very long.

Costs to build/maintain maybe? Angry farmers? Just not well known enough? I dunno. Humans are also often very stuck in tradition too.

God dammit. I reckon we just need to get over ourselves and do shit that'll help us. Like nuclear power and all that.

not quite but my emersion was ruined due to sencless game features or lack of

im sorry but fallout 3 so far for me still has a worse story and characters than new vegas, and the ending was so bad they needed a dlc to retcon it

nah fallout 3 has several useless perks that increase two of your skills by 5 which is a total waste for me considering the dozens skillbooks available nearly every interior or square mile of the surface, idk if they just decided to spam the game with them or maybe im just noticing them now because in the begigning when i played new vegas i didnt really know the importance of those books, i remember walking by them or just selling lol
