Yes, you have a lower homicide rate, you also have less people that can be killed.

Okay, I'm not talking about the collective homicide rates of each country here. I'm saying that in an American city of 100,000 people, 3.4 would be shot and killed. Whilst in a Canadian city of 100,000 people, 0.58 people would be shot and killed. I get that the U.S has more people, which would translate into more murders. I'm talking about GUN RELATED HOMICIDES! Not homicides in general. The amount of gun related deaths in America vs. the amount of gun related deaths in Canada. I'm talking about a very specific type of homicide, and you just keep bringing it back into generalities.
