Both is superiour, but if they must choose, I recommend martial arts for the confidence and discipline training. Yoga is great to accompany either as well.

It's not always about muscle mass lol. They just need to know how to protect themselves. I promote martial arts training.

Because we actively train kids to be made of glass. The ones that aren't raised with bubble wrap are the stronger kids, and the ones who are bullied are the bullies. I know the circle. I'm not saying I'd never help someone being bullied; quite the opposite. I love shutting down dickheads. But I always encourage the person I shooed the bully away from to do it for themselves. That's the only way to break free from it.

Goodie,

When ever I've had enough of somebody being a little prick, I just put them in place, usually dont hit them, just showing who really is the strongest (after I started working out ofc)

Just got a great idea... Why don't we get all these kids who gets bullied to start lifting, having adults to train them up, getting a better selfesteam as they progress + nobody wanna bully a guy who lifts GENIUS

I'm not laughing; sure it's sad that she had to die. What makes me mad, though, is that she didn't actually have to die. It was essentially her choice.

true dat, but many teenagers are mentally unstable which doesn't really help.. Unfortuneatly I know some who have tried to commit suicide for different reasons, and they are usually pretty fucked up, and at that time, they dont need balls to stand up for themselves, they need a calm enviorment to get back on track..

And we should still be mad at the people who drove her to it. The feeling can be terrible. Yes she did stupid things, but death is not a fitting punishment. She had her eyes opened that what she did with her pictures were stupid, but the internet plays way to heavily against her and not enough against the others involved.
