Yeah you're asking a good question.

But. How do we know he was still there? I'm not really going to search for the place on street view, but seems like he was arrested in a different spot, which, for as far as i know, could be kilometers away.

Also, you say that he could have been harassing people so they started chasing him away. Yeah he could have been. In which scenario they are entitled to ignore him, respond, or sue. Not form a mob and start chasing him down attempting to assault him, which they did.

Like i said, he could have shouted that all blacks must die, that MLK was hitler, that their fathers are never coming back, or whatever qualifies as severely offensive to them. Does not justify them approaching him en masse and assaulting him.

I agree, the information that could be picked up from this video is scarce, but the crowd's intent is clear as day. The dude in that hoodie coming from behind and pushing him into a mob that's shouting at him and threatening him. Doesn't seem to me as an invitation to a civil discussion about today's weather.

Also, I understand that the whole picture might not be portrayed at all in this video, but it isnt the only one out there. This video is not meant to be used as evidence, its just a public statement a guy's friend posted online about what happened. I'm sure the original videos are out there, and that many news stations covered it.

Instead of arguing about what MIGHT have happened, the guy in the video says that it's all on tape. We don't have to argue about it. If you think that the guy in the video is twisting the story, then look it up. Form your own opinion based on the facts you gather. That was the whole point of the video. In previous accounts the whole story was unknown. Now its known. Why do we need to talk about what might have happened, when we could know EXACTLY what happened by searching for those videos on youtube.

Was he holding gun at people when he got tackled by SWAT or had he already holstered it for quite some time already?

please m8. he was white. he pulled a gun to a crowd. The reason why is irrelevant. the swat team was called because at least 20 people called 911 telling that a mass shooting was about to happen.

You are free to investigate, and ask questions. But from what i've seen so far, he was assaulted. Even if he was throwing racial slurs, shouting profanities at blacks, and other people, it does not justify a fucking mob following him, and assaulting him eventually. In my book, he had a VERY justified fear for his life, and he defended himself.

The American Dream is dead. The loud minority won. The people are no longer free.
The law is irrelevant, people are punished or freed, made heroes or villains based on what's best for the ruling few.
Or maybe I am wrong. Maybe this guy will be freed because it's not just the right thing to do, but the law is on his side as well. Maybe the last two decades in the US history will be remembered as the dark days, where retards and fellons were presidents, and blacks perpetuated racial segregation, after centuries of fighting against it.

I understand him pulling out a gun but it seems people backed off a bit. What he was still doing there when a swat team showed up I don't get. If there is a mob after you get the fuck out of there don't stand there holding a gun at everyone.

I know he didn't deserve to be harassed but all i'm saying is there's a lot missing that the video posted didn't show and didn't go into detail about. For all we know he was harassing people and then ran off when people started chasing him away. I don't think that's what happened but still

I feel like he wouldn't be taken down by a swat team if he was just defending himself and why did everyone pick him out of the crowd.

Not saying he's guilty but I don't know theres a lot missing from the video posted

See, this is the reason I never want to be famous. If someone is famous, they're not even treated as a human being anymore. Can you imagine how fucking shit it must feel if you're told "You aren't allowed to be depressed, because you're rich." not only by the SJW's, but by EVERYONE?

You are allowed to be depressed but don't pretend having loads of money isn't an advantage. If I was rich I would get on a plane and go wherever the fuck I wanted and do whatever I wanted not be stuck in a job I hate 40 hours a week earning little money.

I've been depressed and I understand it can affect everyone. But if you can do whatever you want you can actually work on fixing the problems you have. You aren't tied down to anything. You have no limitations. You could see the world and experience things people dream of anytime you wanted and then keep going.
