First time: I made a demotivational poster with a picture of stairs that I found on google images. Apparently the stairs were copyrighted. 24 hour ban.

Second time: I posted a gif of Proud Pete. A poorly drawn penis (no balls, just the penis) with arms and a face. Honestly just as tame as Dickbutt or those reaction gifs when the guys penis is looking at the computer with him (I dont have any).

Pic unrelated.

Totally play them, I just dug them up in basement a couple months ago. Just keep in mind while you're playing that 1 and 2 are completely different animals than 3 and New Vegas.

Oh, allright, I'll play them both now, thank you very much!

Mate, you owe it to yourself to play them. The graphics aren't that bad, you can even use a fix which allows you to play in higher resolutions. And the games are amazing. The first one was kinda like 3 (everything is dark, depressed and dull) while the second was like New Vegas (NCR, gambling, drugs, factions). They are my favorite RPGs ever. If you enjoyed 3 and NV and you don't mind bad graphics and turn-based combat, then you'll love the first two games.

If ya don't mind my opinion in the mix, I think FO3 had, as you said, a better theme, story, and atmosphere, I agree with you there. However, I think NV had MUCH better gameplay and mechanics, much more challenging enemies, less clunky gun aiming with the introduction of iron sights, I never dug the zoom in aiming from FO3. Also, I think one of the best pieces of Fallout storytelling was by far the DLC 'Lonesome Road'. I thought it had one of the coolest and most ominous presences in any game I've ever played, let alone in the Fallout universe.

I agree with you.
Altough at the time I prefered playing fallout 3 than New Vegas, now New Vegas is indeed better.

Old World Blues is my personal favorite DLC. Lonesome Road was really good, and emotionally engaging (poor ed-e) but i just dig the whole 1950's sci-fi vibe in OWB.

I can see exactly where you're coming from there. I adored the presence of the Think Tank and all of the brain removing shit, that DLC had some eerie shit working for it.

It felt like playing through an old science fiction B movie. It just blended very dark themes, humor, and some unique enemies very well. Like the Robo-radscorpion is the best boss out of the DLC's in my opinion, and that fucking toaster gets me every time.

That's actually a really good simile, I didn't think of it like that. And yeah, the enemies were the best part, the huge radscorpion, the Cazadores, and just the premise of learning where they all came from was a great addition to the series.

All hail the toaster. The bane of smaller toasters.

Everything about the toaster was done so right. I think it desires a movie, just like the tire from Rubber.

To be fair it probably does desire a movie, it would fit its character.

I would really imagine so. I'd love to see the toaster get mobile, and go on a vengeful quest for destruction.

I agree with you, Fallout 3 had a much better atmosphere, but New Vegas was more true to the first two games. Nevertheless, I enjoyed all of them.

I never played the first two games, should I try them out? or are them too aged? ( I recently played games like LoZ 1 and 2 on the NES, and half life 1, wich are preety old, soo I don't realy have a problem with that, but there are some games that just don't age well at all, like goldeneye for example).

( btw I think 3 is better THEMED, and has better game design choices, but New Vegas is newer and more polished, soo I consider them to be on equal footing ).
