I went down to 1 plate of food a day, started exercising, cut the plate shorter as I lost weight
25% meat 25% carbs 50% veggies
DO NOT drink calories.
it's literally the biggest trap there is.
don't do the light products, there's a reason you only see obese people living off of diet products, they mess up your brain since it's chemicals and not actually food.
it's better to eat 600 calories times 3 and 2-3 smaller meals of 100 calories inbetween than it is to eat 2 or 3 times a day, your metabolism slows down the longer you stay away from food.
my eating schedule during the weightloss was breakfast at 8, small meal at 10 or so, lunch at 12-13 small meal at 16, dinner at 18, smaller meal optional at 20-22
also sleeping, 7 hours minimum.
on top of the weight loss doing it this way will make you feel revitalized in a way you didn't think possible.
find stuff you can eat that will keep you away from binging like crazy.
personally I eat nuts instead of candy, it's easier to stop after a handful of peanuts than it is after a handful of chips.
and the peanuts are a healthier type of fat etc.
whatever works for you, if you don't know much about calories I suggest you look it up, even just a glance can give you an idea of how much you can eat of the stuff.
aim at 1800-2k calories a day and you will be losing weight for certain.
it's ok to be a little hungry once in a while, going down to 2k from 2.5k or more a day will leave your body craving for more.

man , i wish i had the time for that sadly i have only a lunch break at work so i can only do the 3 meals a day thing since i have no small breaks. but i found a diet on manfitness so i hope this will work , starting next week

You don't have to do it like that, losing fat is as easy as calories in, calories out.
Find out your bmr (how many calories your body burns in a single day) and subtract 500 calories from that number.
For example, my bmr is 2000, i subtract 500 which leaves me with 1500 calories a day.
It doesn't really matter what you eat, or when you eat it. You can eat pizzas/ burgers or whatever the fuck you want, aslong as you maintain your calorie limit, you'll lose weight.
Oh, and exercise. If you don't you will burn muscle along with fat, meaning you won't burn fat as quickly. If you exercise your body will focus on ONLY burning fat.

how do you know how many calories you burn? i was told the human body burnt close to 3000 calories a day at rest , which might be BS but my friend worked with that in mind and he lost weight FAST. The diet i found pretty makes me eat 1800 calories a day.
And i do exercise , i just started hiking alot , i wake up at 4 am to take an 1h30min walk (fast paced) and i do bodybuilding every monday and thursday. So i should be ok on that point

Find out your bmr, that tells you how many calories your body burns just simply keeping you alive. (lungs breathing in and out, heart pumping blood, maintaining your body temperature, all this burns calories).
Oh and by the way, its very possible hi bmr was 3000 a day, it just means he was really heavy.
YOu want to know something great aswell? If you lose your fat then build up your muscle, you don't have to go on your diet again. And also, if your muscles get bigger, then you need to eat more.
I have a friend who was pretty fat, but lost it all and is really fit and muscular. He eats a ton of shit everyday but doesn't gain any fat because he maintains his calories limit of about 2500 (his bmr is greater because he has alot of muscle mass, thats another thing I forgot to mention, the greater muscle mass you get, the greater your bmr will get).

I have time to workout , thats not a problem at all.
As for the grabbing a snack , where i work theres nowhere i can hide to do that , my bosses are in their 70s they are the kind of old couple who follow you around everywhere you go to make sure you're doing something , if they catch me eating once i might get in real trouble.
