Nature would be that snake surviving on it's own. Containing it in an artificial cage and feeding it a constant supply of easy sustenance is not natural.

No it's not as the prey has absolutely no chance of escape. Just putting it into a box where it can't run or hide. It's not nature, it's sadistic.

This probably doesn't apply to centipedes. But most snakes and stuff straight up wont eat dead food.

Gwyn didn't just dislike humans.
He outright FEARED them. Humans are the descendants of the Furtive Pygmy, and had inherited fragments of the Dark Soul. As the the flames faded, the Dark Soul grew in power, and threatened his kingdom.

You're probably a veteran, so it's like a huge expansion pack for you. I was once a veteran but I haven't played in like 4 years and Bloodborne alienated me further

Jesus dude, you don't know the feeling of learning the Sould mechanics all over again.

It's easy if you're a veteran. It's literally more Dark Souls, and if you've gotten good at any of them, this game isn't any different. It's still hard to the new player.

The only Souls game I got good at is Bloodborne, and that's helped me a lot here, because I'm used to dancing and dashing around like the merriest fucking faggot in Yharnam, so since rolling is a lot faster, I can just cruise around at the speed of sound with my Hollowslayer Greatsword and Dragon Crest Shield and rip fresh anuses.

Stuck at Spook Lord Wolnir, though, so that's a fucking bummer.

Wouldn't that just mean they are all the same game but with different stories? What was added that makes the gameplay different?
User avatar
#53 - kyrozor (04/18/2016) [-]
After playing 2-4 of the other souls games I'd imagine you'd understand the mechanics a little.

Yeah man, I haven't died yet on my naked, SL1 deprived run with no weapons. No biggie.

No seriously, this is a spoiler.

I think it starts getting really bullshit hard around Lothric castle. And that one boss at Archdragon Peak.

User avatar
#143 - Gonnafly (04/19/2016) [-]
those fucking knights are so bullshit, especially the ones that don't have a shield

You mind giving me a hint on how to get to Archdragon Peak? I keep hearing about it but I can't find it.

Path of the Dragon Gesture
User avatar

Didn't even know that gesture exists. I'll keep an eye out for it, thanks.
User avatar

You'll find it somewhere in Consumed King's Garden. Then use it next to the dragon statue in Irithyll Dungeon.
User avatar
#87 - lurkerlarry (04/18/2016) [-]
The fuck is the "Consumed King"? Jesus I missed a lot... Well thanks again for the hint.
#125 - rezanowrezlater (04/19/2016) [-]
Right after you kill the dancer of the whatever valley, go up that ladder and take a Left immediately. Thats the Path you have to take.
User avatar
#88 - bulwark (04/18/2016) [-]
When you're in Lothric, you'll see some swampy area below at some point. It's down there. It's one of the optional areas, which is why you might miss it.

Ooh and I hate the guys that over co-op everything and there's literally no challenge as they rush through the game. I'm like the only one out of my friends that hasn't beaten it yet because I'm trying to enjoy it all.
User avatar
#102 - tenaciouslee (04/19/2016) [-]
I was one of those guys in Bloodborne, primarily because I found co-oping against the bosses to be SUPER fun.

I know it might be scrubadubbing to a maximum degree, but I loved getting some fellow hunters and taking down bosses, especially ones like the One Reborn where each hunter had an assigned thing to do to help fight the boss.

if it's any consolation, I've solo'd mostly all of the bosses in ds3.

#81 - civilizedwasteland (04/18/2016) [-]
I know the exact feeling. beat the first dark souls without even summoning the ai for help. Feels so rewarding when you finally kill a boss.
#137 - anon (04/19/2016) [-]
I got so pissed off at Dark Souls the first time around. I didn't even know you could summon AI. I usually summon them now on bosses I just wanna breeze by.
#58 - iamchicken (04/18/2016) [-]
Y-yeah guys. It's the easiest souls game so far. R-right? I-i mean my 40 hours of playtime on one character who still hasn't beat the game yet was just a lot of AFK. Right?
#31 - randaxkull (04/18/2016) [-]
I know, right? I've never died in any Dark Souls game, ever.

And someday I might even play one.

What are you calling me retarded for? watching a frame by frame vid of police brutality being applied? You claimed she was running, shes not. You claimed she raised her fists, she didn't until well after being grabbed, she wasn't walking at the officer like you claimed. She wasn't holding a potential weapon like you claimed. But sure, im the troll. Cant reply on thread anymore, maxed replies.
