Why do you think it'll explode? A bullet is just an inert projectile. It doesn't explode or anything; it does nothing but go where you shoot it. If you shoot an arrow into a jug of water, you get a hole in the jug and water everywhere. If you shoot a bullet into a fuel tank, you get a hole in the fuel tank and fuel everywhere.

Think about what you need to ignite something. A flame would work. Except a bullet's a hunk of lead. It's not on fire. Just plain heat could work too, and of course a bullet is hot, but the ignition temperature of gasoline is nearly 500 degrees F (that's like 250 C or something). A bullet isn't going to be anything approaching that temperature.

If you have two landmines or grenades close together, and they both detonate at the same time, would the explosion be larger?
I know it would likely do more damage inside the radius, but would the radius itself increase?
I know it's probably a dumbassed question, but I've never tested it

Yes, but not the way you think it would. The explosion - i.e. the smoke, the debris, etc. within the radius - would be twice as dense, but the radius itself would probably not increase very much, and it definitely wouldn't increase by an integer factor (i.e. it wouldn't be 2x as big for two grenades, 3x for three, etc.).

A grenade explodes because the combustion of the explosive generates gases nearly instantaneously, causing a massive increase in internal pressure that blows the shell apart. Two grenades exploding near each other generate two waves of high pressure, expanding outwards from each grenade.

The pressure waves can't perfectly overlap, since the grenades are next to each other. But assuming they're right next to each other, the pressure will be increased slightly due to overlap. Think of the pressure waves as two overlapping circles (pic related). The pressure will be highest where the circles overlap the most, and lowest where they don't. The lower pressure will be somewhat higher than the maximum pressure generated by a single grenade, and the higher pressure will be somewhat less than twice the maximum pressure of a single grenade. So the shrapnel that's subjected to the lower pressure will fly about as far as it would if it were generated by just one grenade, and the shrapnel that's in the higher pressure area will fly further.

tl;dr, the debris and shrapnel and whatnot will fly a bit farther overall just because of the increased pressure, but what you'll really end up with - instead of a doubly-large blast radius - is just an oval-shaped explosion.
