Race is not a social construct, you are lying when you say something like that. Because if race was a social construct, I could just say that I'm asian and suddenly be gifted the ability to read minds and develop a taste for Chihuahua right? Don't be stupid please. Race exists, they mean different genetics, disease immunities and vulnerabilities, different bone structures, skin colour and melanin count. How else could they tell you if a skeleton is from a person of a certain race, age, and gender? Hell, in some cases, they can even guess if that person rode horses a lot among other things, just from their skeleton.

When some medicines are administered based on race, and certain races are recommended to check for heart disease more than others (black men have significantly higher rates of heart disease than anyone else), something tells me its not a social construct. I'll bet you didn't know that people who are mixed race have an extremely difficult time getting organ transplants, blood transfusions, and bone marrow transplants eh? That's because their DNA needs to be similar to others, thing is, people who are mixed still have trouble getting transplants from other people who are mixed, due to the genetic differences between races and the changes that happen when they mix. content.time.com/time/health/article/0,8599,1993074,00.html

While race may not be the be all end all of a person, saying it doesn't exist is beyond retarded, and you may want to consider picking up a biology textbook sometime.

I actually have picked up multiple biology text books, and all of them will tell you that the human genome project proves that race isn't genetic. The thing is race is an entirely arbitrary concept. Do you think race is defined by nature? Fuck no. Humans CHOSE what people would be grouped together based on exterior features. Then we CHOSE which stereotypes apply to that race. That is what I mean by race is a social construct, when our society chooses where to draw the line between "us" and "them" and how we perceive "them".

Any health related similarities between races are likely epigenetic, influence by their environment and not their genetics. For instance black men likely have a higher risk of heart disease because more black men live in poverty and have to resort to eating less quality food.

Even the article you posted proves my point, "Though there are exceptions, the vast majority of successful matches take place between donors and patients of the same ethnic background". Though there are a lot of people in a race that are genetically similar, people from different races can be genetically similar too! Thus there are no genetics that are racially exclusive thus race is not genetic!

Why? Black people like to watch different shows than white people. They're wrong for having a different culture and different tastes?

There's no such thing as black culture though. There's urban culture, hip hop culture, etc. but none of those are defined by race. Any race can participate in any culture. BET supports our society's ideal that black entertainment is different than white entertainment because black and whites have different tastes, and that is simply racist and false.

You're wrong. It's human nature to group alike things together. There's nothing wrong with creating a channel that specifically caters to certain demographic. I mean, there's several businesses that only cater to a single demographic.

Also, what you're thinking of as inclusive, while is definitely a good idea, is taken to the extreme, sorry, absolutely terrible, when you start to think that people of any race, religion, etc. should not have something that is exclusively made for them. The more inclusive things may entertain them, but at times they will want something that is much more relatable.

I don't have an issue with businesses catering to a certain demographic, but demographics should not be based on race. I accept that people of different religions, nationalities, and culture in general should be allowed to have exclusive things for themselves, but races should not. Any race can be a part of any religion, nationality, or culture, and those cultures the exclude people based on race are an issue. We shouldn't be dividing people by race because there is nothing real that makes us different. It's not genetic, race is a social construct.

Maintaining diplomatic relations with foreign nations is one thing. But it's a completely different then taking millions of dollars (essentially bribes) from a terrorist state and giving them weapons while looking the other way when they commit horrible human rights violations on a regular basis.

Jesus fuckin christ dude

They are threaten the US with selling billions of dollars in american assets if they were implicated in 9/11 thats like if someone put a gun to your face while screaming that he is innocent.

The Saudis are not just "implicated" in it , they were behind the whole fuckin thing from the start and the US goverment has been covering their ass ever since the 9/11 report was made.

The saudis love terrorism and they sure as shit love to fund it worldwide.

From what I understand there is reason to believe the Saudis directly funded trained or at least knew about 911 before hand

No, there's official US reports saying that the Saudi Government was involved in the attack but most of the evidence was hidden behind an order from a certain somebody's state department. That's what the content is referring to.
