I guess try to read your situation from a lot of different perspectives and see what works best for you.
Anyway you could put college benefits on hold for a bit so you could deploy?

i should be able too, see what im trying to do is go through community college for 2 years, and use up my benefits because when i sign the contract to become and officer all those bonuses and benefits go away, so i might just keep stay the enlisted route and do a deployment then come back and go through ROTC or just go straight through college and do it, but it all depends if i get accepted before my unit leaves or not

Yeah, that's how it was for me.
First PT test at my first duty station kicked my ass, and it just led to me making some stupid decisions just really dumb shit like being late and not working . But then one of my NCO's worked me with and gave me some kind words, and I've been working hard to make up for fucking up like I did.
Now I've got a good work ethic, passing PT tests without much trouble, respect from my shop members, and NCO's fighting for me to get recognized and get deployed.

Wow. We've got a few people in my shop who are on profiles for PT, but they still try to push themselves as best they can.
There's been a few people in my squad who got rolled back, but they kinda deserved it ya know?

yeah i know exactly whatcha mean, and ill be the first one to admit i was a shitbag when i got back home, i didnt work out for a while then i had a pt test come up and barely passed it and ever since then the gym has been my best friend and ive been trying to get back in tip top shape

AF is pretty nice. Things have started getting weird lately though with all the cutbacks and personnel get let go.
And yeah, we've got a revolving door of people and equipment

ahhh, i went reserves for the Army so i could get my degree and then become an officer and get Officer Enlisted pay when i got active, also the cut backs in the army are only for active duty and some reservists but not to many, how about the AF are you guys getting cut a lot or is it just a few people here and there
