No, I was worried about the gun themselves. Like if you keep electronics in your car, they would get damaged. Or if you keep a guitar in your car, they'll get damaged (something about the wood starts cracking if there's a lot of moisture/humid).
They'll be fine. guns are just hunks of metal. im sure even polymer or wood frames are capable of withstanding the heat. since youre in Florida id be more concerned with the humidity rusting your gun. but even thats easy to take care of.
over all your guns should be fine. if you're really worried then just put them in the glove box or under the seat.
- "an Hispanic woman"
Technically that's how she would likely say it. Native Spanish-speakers don't make the typical "H" sound when speaking, so it would roll off her tongue as though "Hispanic" started with a vowel.
still doesnt make it right. She is speaking english, regardless of how it sounds, it is the spelling that determines the way it is said, not the way it sounds to the speaker.
It's really more about how it's said.
Languages are primarily oral- the writing of them is a newer development.
To add to that, even in a more "properly-written" context such as a novel, you'd still deviate from the norm when writing out dialogue, simply because that's how the individual says what they say.
