Ok. just never use the packet bouillon. That's where most of the bad stuff comes from, the noodles themselves are just carbs. Buy your own cooking bouillon and add it instead.

tuna fish is a cheep thing to eat as well when you want to mix things up a bit.

Shop at dollertree, they have 50 cent pizza's and packs of hotdogs for a doller.

Oh i have plenty of ways to eat my ramen. Plenty of spices, soy sauce, chili paste, pesto, and a fox in a box.
