Neither do I, even though my main focus has been in the kitchen ever since I graduated from college, I do still make a point to keep up with interesting studies from both camps.
After all either view point could very well effect everything from how much my food costs will be to what I'll be adding or taking away from the foods I prepare for customers I like to make sure my food is always as healthy as it is delicious

anyhow Im off for now, having said my piece and all that jazz

Im sure if it ever came to such I'd be falling very heavily onto that nutritionist title, however Im very sure being a chef is a safe course for at least the length of my life time.
oh its very possible, even with a few complications of diet and health that may result, however no diet is truly safe from those kinds of complications, one of those two much of a good thing not enough of a good thing deals.

however I will always been on the side of a balanced diet over a singular source diet and supplements, and often end up arguing the point of natural Vs. nutritional with everyone from parents, to college students, and to be frank mostly teenagers who are often ignorant to, or are to young to realize that the situation humanity finds itself in, in regards to food is a rather recent one, after all not to long ago we needed to make due with whatever ended up on the plate and be happy with it, the result of which leads a lot of people of late with not nearly enough experience and attentiveness to properly handle such alternative diets to a state of poor health that lands them at my door step as it were : / however Id never argue it impossible to survive alternatively I don't condone or promote it as a nutritionist.

That's a fair assessment. I don't personally eat a healthy diet, but I'm not in any way advocating people to eat the same way I do. I'd need some validated studies to convince me it wasn't possible to survive and be healthy without meat, which isn't going to happen if what I've already come across is any indicator.

I don't have a facepalm Skeletor so you'll have to use your imagination.

If you don't eat meat, you'd rather people switch to other alternatives, simply because they're available? There's still things meat has that a lot of food groups just don't supply, so you're gonna have to have one exotic collection of fruits n veg to equal the same value as a slice of meat. so by an Economic stand point you've spent money on shit possibly 3x the amount, of a simple slice of meat, because you wanted to look intelligent. Well arn't you special.

that 'mostly' part is what makes us different from them as well.. seriously is this rocket science to you? Watch a video or read a book.

"That isn't an argument" So just because we don't need it anymore we should just cut it out entirely from our thoughts? Jesus christ you're thinking dangerously.. "We don't use grandpa anymore, Better flush him down the toilet." On a serious note it STILL has impacts on us to this day, We arn't at the height of our evolution, It still has effects on us over the course of thousands, tens of thousand or millions of years. So if you throw it out, Your fucking ancestors won't exist unless they're fucking Gorilla's.

Nearly anything can be healthy, hell, I technically could eat nothing but mcdonalds and make that healthy. never have i heard of a fat vegan, Hell dude, Not even google can come up with a lot of results for that shit. So i think you're flat out lying on that part.

Yeah? Go back up and read everything i've said that you've red thumbed, Like i am sure everyone with a braincell will do. You said, and i quote 'Again, didn't thumb down every post you made, only the ones i disagreed with/thought you were being dickish. '

Which is all of them, so you're a liar x 2, level up! pants on fire. If you're going to lie, at least make it a good one. "I red thumbed you because i think you hurt that poor guys feelings." At this point you've disagreed with everything i've said, Then, SAY IT.
Now fuck off.

Imagination used.

No, again, I said if people don't want to eat meat, there are healthy alternatives. Not that they should, or are obligated to. Nor did I say it would be cheap or easy to do.

The point is that we don't need to eat meat to survive - it's just a plentiful and effective option, and necessary in some cases to survive. We don't live in those cases. There is also a distinction between Herbivores that adapted to eat meat, and animals that developed being able to eat both at the same time, but that is splitting hairs.

No. But there is also no argument to keep it out of necessity either. You're also jumping a lot of fences going from cutting out an aspect of a diet to culling living people from the population. Using a slippery slope argument isn't exactly honest of you.

The difference between now and the past is we have the technology to get the same benefits without eating meat. We could healthily phase is out of our diets if we wanted to.

"I couldn't find it on google, which tailors my searches to things it thinks I want to see, so you're lieing." Right. I also recall a specific program that would disagree with your argument that purely eating McDonalds could be healthy. Even their salads aren't very good for you.

It is not all of them. You're wrong. I don't disagree with everything you say, just the things I find factually wrong or logically flawed.

I'll fuck off eventually, but not yet.
