Why? If it works in organism, can't we just build a structure from carbon, and bio elements, - like real cell but with small - bio cpu. Just programmmable version of cell?

I dont know if we have the technology or understanding to make something like that. Im not saying it isnt possible, Im just saying I dont know if we have the ability to actually do that.
