that's because the canadian guy there by saying "it's 2015" says that "it's no big deal and it should be like this, this isn't anything magnificent, that's just how society works today."

hes making the argument that equality shouldn't have to be a big deal, and that it's really barbaric to differentiate between the sexes.

He's stating the current year as a reason for why that is, though.
You'll find that you can use this to justify whatever you want and can try to label people who disagree as primitive, this is why it gets made fun of. People don't disagree with the statement that sex should be an irrelevant factor, they disagree with the reasoning he used to come to this conclusion.

My theory is they're using the migrant crisis as a cover to push a secret agenda. All eyes are pointed towards every colonist arriving in the EU. This means there's less attention to the 'ever closer union' policy that the EU has, which means there's automatically less resistance to laws and policies that eat away at a nation's sovereignity. On top of that there's still the very secretive TTIP treaty that's being constructed with the US. The migrant crisis makes for a nice cover so extremely dangerous people like jean claude juncker and guy verhofstadt can keep tinkering with their EU project. if you look up the statements they have made in regards to the EU, chills will run down your spine.

tl;dr: divide and conquer

The most obvious explanations sound completely insane. We /pol/ now. Wall of text below.

1: The Éminence grise of EU (whatever that might be. Old money, probably. Oh no, the jews etc) is sick of the muslims and their grip of international economics. Open the borders and let the rape happen. People go insane with hate and vote in a racist chancellor with overwhelming majority, who gets unlimited power counter-revolutionary style. However stupid this sounds, it's happened before as we well know.

2: The EU is actively working to actually convert the whole of Europe to islam. Tinfoil hats on, boys. I don't really believe this, because they must see the backlash coming.

3: The official story. EU think they (we) are actually helping people, it will all be worth it, and if there is any trouble it's because of racists. This is the least likely scenario as far as I can see. The same week as the trouble in Syria started, Sweden said that every refugee from the region would get full citizenship. I don't think that's happend any time before in modern history. Of course, they had to back up on that one. Then our "national coordinator against violent extremism" started pushing to take home as many ISIS warriors as possible (you know. Murderers, rapists, child rapists, goatfuckers, torturers.) to Sweden with a guaranteed apartment and job. Let's just say that law abiding Swedes don't get that. It's also very suspicious that we've downsized our military so we're weak as kittens for economic reasons yet we're prepared to spend our entire defense budget and a half on refugees. Funny thing, it only goes for Syrian and Somali refugees. Other legit refugees have been told to just go the fuck home because they were white. And there are other crises around the world that are just as bad, but nobody cares about that.

So, I'm just as baffled as you are. But none of the possibilites seem good. Nothing really happens by chance in politics, you don't become a top politician by being stupid, and it's always about the money in some way. Which brings me to point number

4: The cold war never ended, we just got told so to stabilize the western world for a while. All this is still USA/NATO butting heads with the Russians, and the middle east doesn't have much to do with it except to be the battlefield. All this warfare and refugees etc are just the same old tired maneuvers against the Russian bear, and we can't see the big picture. It's the scariest, and to me, most likely scenario. Just 40-50 years ago, middle eastern muslims were chill as anything, but the superpowers fucked shit up. Mujaheddin etc.

I've thought and read a lot about the subject, but it's really opaque. All I know is that there's a huge risk of shit going overboard. We can only hope for some whistleblower to shed light on the subject.

I will pick up the tinfoil hat,

Its one of those "we will stay in power" plots, Immigrants in places like sweden and (i think) Germany, immigrants get to vote after being here a few years.
So they take in people to vote on their party so they can stay in power and do stuff, since people nowdays have forgot about the horrors that came when extremist far right movements were around.

Now they keep reminding you how, anything not left is nazism and horrible, but in the last 70 years the right aint been too bad, exept for communism.

So now when they cant count on votes because the generation that remembers the world war is slowly dying and forgetting.
So they replace votes with foreigners.

And to make the last old people like it, and 40 year olds, they play the "population falling" card. "The immigrants will take care of us in the future because we take them in, so vote for us so theres enough manpower to take care of you old people int he future".

They are also crazy leftists who have the left ideals so far into their heads they think it will all be good and its for humanity and shit. Its pretty much what happends when the generation before us all talked about "peace and acceptance" all the time, even though that generation didnt have to deal with a shit ton of muslim criminals all over Europe.

I sound like a very tinfoil crazy guy, but i havent had any good times with immigrants in this country. Streets arent safe, people keep preeching about "how it will work out in the end" and shit like that made me lose all hope for the left.

There are several reasons.

Since 1970 migrants vote liberal 8 out of 10 times, so liberals are literally importing voters, but thats just a nice extra.
The system that left and liberals prefer, welfare state with pensions, free healthcare and what not, requires fresh blood constantly.
Because of the low birth rate in Europe and the fact that the babyboom generation is going to retire about now, there will be a lack of taxpayers to pay for their pensions.
They are hoping to import new people to take care of their elderly.

Only problem, migrants can be kinda ungratefull and unskilled, they dont work.
From the non-EU migrants in the Netherlands that arrived in the country between 1995 and 1999 only 35% has a fulltime job, the rest leeches welfare in one or more ways.
Its also proven that non-EU migrants make more use of the free healthcare.

Why the liberal politicians deny it, I'm not sure. There is a word in the English language I forgot the word, could also be German, Germans got a word for everything that describes a gambler at a loss, but he just keeps betting and betting more money hoping to break even, making his loss ever bigger. That is kinda whats happening now in Europe.

People who vote progressive liberal are delusional. They really think the minority's will integrate, this is being portraited on TV and all the celebs are 'refurgies welcome'.

But the left has abandoned the blue collar workers, most people who vote left are migrants and upper middle class.
Right always had the label of always caring about the 1%, big business and being selfish. But right wing is sticking up for the people these days.

CAn't they see what they are causing with these things? This is more or less exactly what happened to start WW2 and lead to the rise of Hitler. Filthy immigrants taking jobs and vandalizing and screwing the natives enmass. We will get a Hitler 2.0 soon, maybe 20 years or so, who will rise to power and start gassing the immigrants etc. It will be the start of WW3.

And I didn't even talk of the rise of the extremes. From childhood at school, history books are filled with the promotion of foreign cultures and "guilt" of the European culture for their past deeds. Everything is done to spit on our ancestors' past... Which has eventually led to a brainless fascistic liberal youth. I call them "fascists" because they don't tolerate any thought different from theirs and use violence in order to carry their message over. Everyone that doesn't think like them is labeled as a "nazi", "racist", "fascist", or whatever. Unfortunately the government protects them so they have total impunity.
It strongly reminds me of the German thirties / forties Sturmabteilung
