He meant the WW2 COD game, I have flashbacks every night of the frustration in my screen peaking friend's eyes.

they have moderatly the same accuracy, but the enfield series is more robust, and carries 5 more rounds

Looking at it in today's terms I would agree. But in the era, the krauts were shooting a 198 gr bullet, and the Brits a 150 gr, with almost identical muzzle energy, the k98 is going to be more accurate and deadlier at ranges over 500 yd.
just sayin.

but the .303 holds a flatter trajectory and has a lower ballistic coefficient and a faster bolt cycle speed. so it be easier to hit the target and the follow up shot if you miss will be quicker.

I know what you are saying. 7.62 NATO stomped them both as far as B.E. and energy.
The Lee Enfield design itself is the most efficient at the time.

COD WaW. kar98k is fairly common. I think the Lee Enfield appears in campaign as a generic sniper (scoped). Lee Enfield makes an appearance in COD 2 multiplayer as an iron sight bolt rifle.

sarcasm handled

I think he's just practicing his crying for the scene, and not actually crying.
User avatar
#19 - ehzio (10/02/2013) [-]
No in the gif, he's actually crying, there's a video somewhere out on youtube which explains his reason. He's not practicing at this time, he's just reading the lines. Those are legit tears
