Music is badass. I play guitar, bass, harmonica and I sing. I'm in a thrash metal band. Gaming is good. As are texting and movies from the 80s 90s and early 2000s. Trolls however, are bad, but troll logic is entertaining. That's all you're getting.

You didn't even watch 5 minutes of it. Your comment makes no sense. You will have to do better than that.

Well, you might want to watch some debates about veganism. The meat eaters never bring up health benefits in an honest debate.

Here's one:

I understand a vegan diet it healthy for basic living, but if someone exercises a lot or does a lot of manual labor, they need high amounts of protein. And before you start spouting nonsense about almonds or the like, no, plants cannot have anywhere near as much protein as meat can.
#147 - selltheworld (05/05/2015) [-]
I believe you are overestimating the human need for protein. I've seen no evidence that you need animal protein when you train. Could you present it to me?

You can get all essential amino acids from plants. Protein is made of amino acids. So I don't really see your point.

Neither have I never heard anyone use the protein argument in a serious debate. You will have to cite some sources.

2nd part of that comment...
I need plants. Plants have carbon. Coal has carbon. I'll eat coal.

Protein is what the body uses to strengthen or repair cartilage, bones, blood, and the like. I'm not sure how much iron a plant has, but that is needed, too. Meat is an excellent source of all of these, and if you're just vegan for the health benefits, go with lean meats. Things like seafood are an excellent choice.

choosemyplate.gov/food-groups/protein-foods-why.html

I did not read much of this, but I am told the USDA is a pretty citable source for this kind of thing.

heres two links for you. the first one is the most important since it has it has sources to its claims.

basicly the human body needs things that can only be found in meat. while a human could live a purely vegan diet with suppliments to get b12 and other things that plant foods have in low quantities its not as much as meat. my personal opinion is that if you have a healthy diet you should be getting all the essential nutrients from your diet and not need supliments
#159 - selltheworld (05/05/2015) [-]
I've read authority nutrition and the rebuttal of that article long ago.

The problem is that your opinion doesn't matter. We have science!! and if you look at what causes our most common diseases you would find that it is animal products causing them.

I even posted a debate so you could see some of the arguments from both sides. If you watched it, You would find that the meat eaters doesn't claim that their food choice is healthier in an honest debate. There is simply too much evidence against those claims.

Did you ever do any research into this before?

Have you not been reading the comments? I pirate stuff because I want to play the retail version of the game before I decide whether it's worth buying. If I play it and realize that it's an unfinished mess of glitches and errors then I'm not wasting my money. It's like asking someone to buy a rancid, moldy loaf of bread because they tried a piece of it. It's really not complicated.
