I don't, I guess I'm too much of a cynical asshole with everything.

I'm willing to experiment, but I guess the biggest problem is I don't want to write shit, and almost everything worth saying/writing about has been done already.

I guess I can try, what do you want to read about?

a villain, i want to be afraid of whoever that person is.
i want to ask myself what i would do if i saw that person on the streets. and i know the answer is something about not being able to think clearly or act.

thats the emotion i want. maybe you can recommend something if anything.

Well, the difference, is between good and bad writing is basically "Show, don't tell."

It's the same kind of laziness that makes Big Bang Theory so cringy. They treat being smart as if it was magic, because they themselves have no concept of what being smart is like.

Let's say our character is a pro sniper who is known for his professionalism, and has to kill someone with a nigh-impossible shot.

A shit writer says he fucking bounces the bullet off 4 different walls, and hits him straight in the heart, then jumps off the rooftop in the night looking cool and shit, cos he planned everything, and he lets his clone get captured which he got back in 'Nam or some shit.

A good writer would explain the thought process, how the sniper surveys his target, picks the spot where the target will be, from where he will shoot, measures the wind, analyzes possible covers in case the first shot misses and he needs to readjust, has a backup plan for bailing, for having to shoot through a wall, for having to flush the target, and picks the most prudent and easy way to do it.

No, since most of them are actually like that. *cough soroshillary *cough

Also, you somewhat misread my point. I'm not shitting on Penguin, in the hands of a competent writer, he would be a very interesting character, with real internal struggles, however crazy he is.

My problem is the writing. If the writer wasn't a lazy/unimaginative cunt, he'd have written down how each step benefitted the Penguin in a myriad other ways, in another comment, I already gave an example.

but, what if that was all the penguin wanted? to be honest i can find myself asking alot of question that writers could have answered.

but then it wouldnt be sovereign. and, i guess i dont care for either the writer or the story. i did enjoy this bit.

but its true, the writers do suck. but i dont see how to make the writing better. im not a writer. heh
