i cant take anything to face value. i try to be reasonable and trusting and give them a chance but the second i smell a tiny whiff of bullshit i look it up. theres stuff i dont care to look up but its crap i dont care about. i even try to give potential trolls a chance cause they might not be trolls but they are just stupid or ignorant. but after about two comments of bullshit i give up. i try to give everyone the benefit of the doubt.

Yeah, I'm not saying these things never happen, I'm just trying to say that in the majority of cases, the system works the way it is supposed to. I agree that the penalty for outright cheating/falsifying evidence in a case (whether you're the prosecution or the defense) should carry a steeper penalty than disbarment (Which basically means you're no longer allowed to practice law).
