Trust me I look a complete moron with unbalanced muscles anyway. doesn't show when im kayaking, cause I'm wearing a baggy dry suit but the moment I wear something tight it looks hilarious, just have been able to solve the problem cause of the kayaking

Most of my mass was gained in a month of pretty hard work. I know it's possible, just not how to isolate.
