sample chest workout:
incline dumbell bench press. (sitting on 45 degree bench) 4 sets of 12 (works upper chest)
flat dumbell bench press 4 sets of 12 (works whole chest)
flat dumbell flys 4 sets of 12 (helps shape pecs)
and then if you have access to a cable machine, do cable crossovers 4 sets of 12 reps. (hits lower chest)
the pecs are all one muscle group, but different angles of workout activate different fibres. the bodybuilder who kinda best exemplified how divided it could look was franco columbo. obviously i dont want to look like this, just an example of how the muscles look.
You are making good progress, and each day you go lift you are getting closer to your goals. Plus I think it gets more and more fun the longer you do it. As you see your weight dropping, while the weight you lift keeps going up. It's kinda like grinding in a video game, you keep leveling up in strength and cardio. Keep on trucking my friend.

Yeah I too would like to be able to walk without a shirt and not feel ashamed of my body.
I guess i am the only one who can make that change. And I will. Thanks for the motivational tips. It would be fun to meet in a couple of years and show off our progress.
