Isn't that just a bios update they're trying to mandate? Or are they remodeling something on the chip?

Yea the way it seems unfortunately for that small of a case like the 202 the mobo needs to be a mini itx.

Honestly that doesnt sound to bad as an htpc machine a dual core pentium seems okay a little old but can be upgraded as its on the 1155 socket. Same with the GPU its a little old but should serve well.
Heres a very low profile cooler www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835608029
And a pretty small fractal design case www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811352032
Yea I thought it was mini ITX at first and I picked the node 202. may be better to have 8 gb of ram though.

Hmm. That cooler is pretty expensive for my intents, I'd probably go for a Deepcool HTPC instead.
As for the case, the dimensions I wrote were HxWxD(epth), so it'll be laying flat, I need either a 'convertible' like the 202, or something like Silverstone's Milo/Grandia series and Fractal's 604.
I've been looking at the GD09, but even 90€ for a scrap-to-htpc seems a bit too much to me.
