Standard compound bow at 75 lbs draw shoots faster and further than a medieval longbow at 150 lbs draw. Also modern arrows/ broadheads. I can put five arrows in a 12-15" at 100 yards with mine at a range, and I don't even shoot much. I have cut fletches off at 50 yards. Someone proficient with a .45 ACP or 9mm shoot 3" groups at 25 yards, and I am talking world class shots. I stopped shooting at the same bull at that range because arrows get expensive quick. I can put 1 in each bull at 40 yards in less than a minute on a target like this, and I am not even that good.

Depends on the draw weight of the bow. I imagine its pretty god damn high seeing as its designed to be used by a guy in a nanobot super suit.

Handguns and bows have about the same effective range typically. A bow that takes a mechanical suit to use would have a much greater range than any handgun.
Plus with the projectile being much heavier and pointier than a bullet it'd have a much greater stopping power and penetrating power.

You could go even scarier and include steriochemical information in the name. Which you probably should because the distinction is biologically relevant.
