That was the hardest fucking thing to do in the entire game.

In what way? I still think fighting Sans was the hardest thing. Sparing Flowey was just kinda funny to me.

pretty much, if its a reproduction or something clean it till there is no more rust. but if its antique leave any antiquing on but keep it from getting worse. I used to have an Antonio Zoli .58 cal reproduction that was made in the 70s. it came to me rusted to hell but i got it looking acceptable and usable after a lot of work. the thing is, black powder is corrosive so you need to clean them after every use

Gotcha.
Haven't really got to looking at it, I just know that it's corroded and rusted, I'll have to look into it tomorrow instead of lettin' it sit around. Thanks once again.

Well on your Krag I suggest seeing if light oil and a non abrasive cloth can buff it out. If not, a light brass brush with Hoppes no.9 solvent followed by oil. And get yourself an appropriate bore brush.
Muzzle loaders are a bit more complicated. Is the ball still in there? If yes you'll need a bullet worm to pull it out. Then tap out any powder in there. Get a bore brush and bore cleaner (get black powder specific cleaners) and swab the barrel to a mirror shine. You may need several bore brushes. If its an antique muzzle loader just buff the surface rust off and keep it clean. No solvents or tools though, just preserving measures

Alright, thanks for the tips.
The muzzeloader was fired after it was found still loaded, surprisingly it didn't get set off during a two hour transport back home. Info still the same for the muzzleloader even after being completely unloaded?
