1: Companies want someone who will stay for them. If someone has an attachment to the company or the position, they are less likely to leave if another store offers them an extra buck an hour. For example, I worked at a grocery store for a year, and I actually liked the way that store did business and presented itself. I turned down a slightly higher paying position at a different store because I knew I liked the company I was working for and didn't want to risk disliking a new position.
2: Some people are looking for temporary jobs and others are looking for long term careers. Companies need both for different reasons and at different times.
3: Some people don't NEED the money from work. Either they simply want extra disposable income or they want something to occupy time. (young people, people still living at home, retirees, for example) These people have their own pros and cons and companies might or might not find they fit their needs.
4: The reason people need that money is important. If someone is a single parent feeding their family, they are less likely to quit than a 20 something still living at home.
and I'm sure I could come up with more if I cared.

Nah, Battle Healing is one of the skills he's got equipped is all. The reason he's so confident here is that the lot of them are like average level ~45 and he's level 78. The sheer difference in stats alone would make him all but invincible. Then you consider that every ten levels the maximum number of skills you can have equipped at once goes up as well...

Superman'd win if he went for the win straight off the bat. Pick the Hulk up when he's still weak (relatively), drag him out to space, and throw him in the sun. Or throw him into the space between galaxies. Either way, Hulk's not coming back.
But he'd probably drag the fight out trying to get through to him until Hulk could crush him, then he'd do a whole dramatic sacrifice thing. As opposed to flying away, letting him cool off, then melting his head from orbit.
tl;dr, Superman would win if he fought halfway intelligently, but he probably wouldn't.

Actually, In World War Hulk Sentry (who is known for having the power a million suns) used his power on hulk and didnt even manage to kill him. I doubt one sun will do anything to hulk and he'd probably be able to walk on it. Also the avengers shot him into another galaxy and he came back.
