you are saying group of kids didn't get raped in 2010 in poolhall in sweden (12-15) by negros that were (18-22) and got blamed for the whole act.

what happened when the kids parents came public with the event? They got egged for racism and couldn't show their faces outside because it was racist to tell that their children were raped by some black people. lovely country I say <3

Ya, don't worry. I'm ginger so I don't even tan when I burn I just get freckles until there are so many it looks like a tan. >_< Sunscreen is your best friend! And don't dwell too much on what people think. Chances are they are rooting for you for getting out there and exercising, and if not then is their opinion really important to you? I got made fun of by a lot of dudes in the gym and then they got to watch me lose weight and get in shape and it shut them up, muahaha. Spite shouldn't be a great motivator, but it is.

do HIIT (high intense interval training). It's only 20-30 mins, it burns fat like crazy, increases your metabolism throughout the day and it's also pretty fun.

I could never run on a treadmill, I feel like a hamster on a wheel. I'm lucky enough to live by some awesome scenic trails, you feel like you're actually going somewhere.

I live in a large neighborhood that has nice places to walk around lakes and such, but the combination of my fear of people and my pale, easily burnt skin doesn't make the outdoors terribly appealing to me. That and I live in Georgia and it's always hot as balls.
