They were just going on a date what marrige are you talking about? Girls as young as 11 are perfectly healthy for childbirth, its just how nature is.

i don't think an 11 year old is gonna be too successful in nursing a child. Even if they could, they're certainly not suitable to be raising one, with the whole not being able to have a job, and pretty much just starting their own life.
Plus in the comic, there's a panel of the guy having duct tape, handcuffs and rope. It certainly would not have been just a date.

>he falls for the date then gets arrest because of a thought crime

where is the rape? teenagers are capable of concent, maybe its not moraly right but calling it rape is very stupid

another reason it's rape is because a child spanning from the age of 1-17 in america isn't ready or capable of the burden of raising a child. until you're 18 or emancipated in america you can't really form any sort of contract that would be legally sound so most places won't even allow you to start a form of rent or get a loan to purchase a house with because of the illegitimacy of the contract.

Teenagers are able to consent where you live. there's different ages for things in different cultures and nations. sort of like how poppin the ol "heil hitler" off in germany can get you in trouble. also the reason it's rape is because they're considered children. that's like saying. "this 14 year old girl likes to be fucked so why can't I fuck her" or "if this kid knows how to drive at 15 why don't we just give him a license" just because things CAN do something doesn't mean they SHOULD do it

Pretty sure it's called "entrapment" actually, and it is a crime.

So is shooting people though, so I seriously doubt Punisher gives a fuck.
#80 - anon (08/13/2016) [-]
It's only a crime if you plan the meet up, if they ask and do things they're incriminating themselves. If you say hey send me a pic of your dick then that's entrapment, if they just send it that is not.
User avatar
#93 - iamnuff (08/13/2016) [-]
What if you bait someone into doing it without explictly asking for it?

Like Punisher seems to be doing here.

I'm not with gamergate nor do I personally subscribe to their beliefs and ideals. I just am stating my opinion as anyone else might. no where in any of my sentence did I claim allegiance to said group. you can't just up and assume people's stances on things dummy

I think the take away is that he wanted to be a girl because girls get to play with boy things, but not the other way around. Not so much enraging as it is sad. pic unrelated

Would you care to explain the differences because in my opinion it is extremely accurate.

in the original allegory the shadows are casted on the wall by things that are passing by. not by an oppressing shadowy figure. it was meant to demonstrate that those who were below philosophers didn't see the world for what it truly was because they were just too simple to understand and it was necessary for those who did to sheppard the dumb along
User avatar
#114 - autumnanubis (08/15/2016) [-]
It isn't an "oppressing shadowy figure". The shadows on the wall represent the imperial evidence presented by intellectuals, they do not understand it and it is not an observation of their own. The shadows are not cast by the light of the sun and as such means they are not shadowed by and disconnected from philosophy. Objects are passed in front of the light for the purpose of displaying the shadows to the chained ones. Nearly every single illustration of the allegory appears this way.

yeah but in this illustration it clearly implies that simpletons will blindly sit in the cave listening to the news while those high enough to see that they're false images will leave the cave and find memes. I'm just saying this is not a good illustration of the original one in which the shadows cast on the wall were just from real life passing by the wall's entrance
User avatar
#116 - autumnanubis (08/15/2016) [-]
But they were not, the shadows cast on the wall were not of things passing the entrance. I already said this.
