"I guess we just live in places where medicine is easily obtainable to a point where it's marketable."
i was responding to what you said. i understood it as you saying that medicine commercials were a positive thing, my point is that they are not, they are bad.
if you were discussing something different i apologize.

just as you said, people are stupid. they will buy anything shiny. just because you buy stuff because it works doesn't mean that other idiots won't buy chemical castration just because it has a skateboard on the package

okay? I still don't see the point behind your comment. I didn't really express an opinion based around what you're talking about. nor are you adding information to the conversation. you're just spouting off about commercial based consumerism

naming three medicines that are know everywhere, not only by looks but by function, does not disprove what i said.
there might be exceptions but you have to agree that advertising a hormonal medicine is not the best of ideas. if people were to say "oh golly fucking wee, i wanna buy castrastirin, the commercials say its good" then you have a problem

I buy tylenol because it works. it goes completely against what you said. how does that not go across from your point of "Consumerism is the current standard so people buy stuff needlessly". news flash people are dumb and would buy other stupid shit if they didn't buy medicine

maybe you guys live where medicine has been corrupted by advertisement, where people buy shit not because it works, but because it looks good

Tylenol, aspirin, benadryl, are 3 household names you'd probably know. Espescially aspirin, they all work for the intended purpose and are namebrand drugs
