damn that one truly hit home. i was a rambonious little demon with severe anger. then they gave me pills. my grades went up & then all my friends at school stopped talking to me. they all said i was "different" & that no one liked the new me. after that i noticed i started caring less & less about fun & more about nothing. then the summer came & they took me off the pills & i was me again.

I would like to know this as well, I know that a record player works by reading the info that was printed in the grooves of the record, and I'm not sure casting it like that would pick up all the details of the grooves.

They didn't read any info printed in the grooves, they read the grooves themselves in a way. The needle vibrates and changes the vibrations into an electrical signal which goes to the speakers. That's why when you put on a record but don't put it through speakers, if you listen closely, you can hear the music very quietly coming from the needle itself. Fascinating stuff.

He probably meant something like, "Is there a substitute for nuts?"
#59 - anon (12/23/2012) [-]
Not really. Some recipes get really fucked up if you omit an ingredient.

Nuts are not that ingredient.

Not really. It probably tastes nothing alike without the nuts, so he was asking for an alternative.

I see nothing wrong with that.

Jeez man, she didn't hop on Ron Jeremy's disco stick, settle down. If everyone grows up to show cleavage but be a good person otherwise, the world will be a fantastic place.

Yeah no they're right. Disney/Media sells sex to kids anymore. It's kind of sad. When I was that age the kids shows either were clean or the unclean things were above my head. You didn't see teens running around with their junk out.

End Rant.
#543 - warriortnt (12/06/2012) [-]
I'm not saying they don't but what did this girl do that makes her an unsuitable role model? She's 20 and shows some cleavage but otherwise is a perfectly good person, nothing's wrong with a little cleavage.

That's not really some cleavage. And even if it were being adult appropriate doesn't make it teen appropriate. She is on a kids show showing cleavage that's the issue.
