Dead Money is a great DLC. It's very story based with fewer, but more developed characters. The setting is interesting; a pre-war casino covered in a poisonous gas. It also forces you to change the way you play. Ammo and healing items are scarce and the enemies won't die unless a limb is chopped off, so it's easier to avoid fights. Plus the speakers that will blow up your collar force you to be cautious.
Honest Hearts was good, but not as good as the other DLC. The setting, Zion, is beautiful and you have the whole area to explore, but the main quests are short. There aren't a lot of side missions either, so most of the DLC is exploration and finding the story of the Survivalist. The conflicting personalities of Joshua Graham and Daniel is also interesting.
Old World Blues you know about, and Lonesome Road is probably the best of the DLC. It's more linear like Dead Money, but it's more focused on telling/finishing the story of two couriers, each with a message for the other, fighting under the flag of the Old World. The other three DLC all foreshadow Lonesome Road in some way, so it serves as the end to an over-arcing story.
tl;dr Dead Money is story based fun, Honest Hearts is exploration based fun, and Lonesome Road is the conclusion to the story of the Courier.
