I'm not sure about you, but spanish style rice is just made like regular rice but with some flavoring and add some beans of your choice in the pot.... Well that's how my spanish family makes it.

Im talkin fried rice spanish or asian, my gramma made something similar to waht you described using black beans tomatoes chilli powder salt pepper and paprika shit was awesome

That's fried rice, not asian or any other style, and usually you don't even need to wait a day just wait until the rice is completely cold.. if you want rice then always use a ratio of a cup of water to two cups of rice.
