One where trust and individualism are core parts of the relationship. In other words, a healthy one. There is no obligation to let your significant other go through your private things, that's up to each person to decide whether or not to allow for themselves and the other person in the relationship should be okay with whatever decision they make.

Confirmed Digimon World for PS1, it worked pretty well on emulator when i tried to replay it.

Oh, one more thing as far as exercise- if you don't have a gym membership or can't be arsed to leave your home, look up HIIT videos online. They are usually 20+ minutes of good, solid cardio. Make sure to drink lots of water. Here's a good one:

Good for you! Here are some tips:
In order to get any meaningful exercise from cardio, do at least 20 minutes if you can. 4-5 times per week is good.
With lifting, maybe you could find a friend who knows what they are doing to show you the ropes so you can get the most out of your time at the gym. Again, more than 10 minutes is preferable.

As far as diet, buy a ton of vegetables when you go to the store. Obviously you need to eat meat & carbs, but load your plate with vegetables. You can stuff your face with broccoli, celery, etc and will hardly take on any extra calories from doing so and you will get that "full" feeling. Putting too much dressing on the vegetables sort of defeats the purpose, so try steamed vegetables if you like the taste better.
