worms reproduce a sexualy. the "collar" looking thing on worms is actually the baby worm being made

Fairly sure worms dont reproduce asexually.

Depends on the type of worm.
Some of them can reproduce sexually and asexually (the mudworm comes to mind). They have the sexual organs to reproduce sexually, and can reproduce asexually through fragmentation.

the government would of course.
but these are odd cases.
if your justice system is even remotely consisten and just, this would be not even measurable on the tax of the average citizen.

taking an obsurdly high number, say 100 cases like this per year, where someone were to be in jail for 15 years then released because they were unjustly imprisoned.

we both know that's an obscenely large number, as cases like that would make national news.

that means 1500 times the average yearly income paid in reperations
taking the US as an example, that's the US population divided by 1500
319 000 000 divided by 1500
that's 1 in 212666.7, or 0.00047%
0.00047% of the yearly income of the average american, would go to this.

i couldn't find average, but the median income for an american household is 50 500 USD per year
meaning it would cost the average american household 1 dollar and 7 cents per year for the american government to pay reparations for everyone that was unjustly imprisoned, if you every single year imprisoned 100 people for 15 years and then freed them because you after 15 years realized they were innocent.

you can not fully compensate for time lost
but you can compensate for lost income.
you can pay for the money they would've earned if they weren't locked up
and then pay them emotional reparations and such.
yes you lost a lot of years of your life, and nothing can ever make up for that, but now you're sitting on 15 years of income ++ where not a single penny was spent on electricity, rent, food, etc. in addition to the emotional reparations.
i'd say that's a better result than being executed for a crime you didn't commit, and losing your entire life.

that is true, and i'd like to see them give something back to people that get put in that kind of situation.

but who's about to pay for it, cause im gonna be willin to bet it'd come to the normal worker on a tax of some sort

Yes. I can infer it quite easily, but you shouldn't rely that. If someone's trying to learn english, I'll encourage them and ignore their mistakes. But if you're comparing two captions, its obvious that the correctly worded one sounds better. True, hourly's could be improved, but it's miles ahead of the original. The mistakes distract from the message.
