I heard somewhere that if you have received certified combat training, you are still considered a threat while disarmed so that's something to take into consideration as well. I'm not entirely sure so if anybody could confirm, that'd be super.

In Arizona if you disarm someone but they still come after you it is somewhat okay. Theyre going to be a bit upset you killed/greatly hurt someone but you could turn around and plead self-defense in which case it would be okay.

TL;DR If you take they gun and they still come after you put them on ice and say self-defense.

Also illegal everywhere to kill someone from behind, if theyre running or not looking at you under no cases is it really okay to fire at them or chase them down and hurt them....unless theyre in your house and have their back at you in which case it is a 50/50 if its okay to kill them.

If you wrestle their gun away and they are not armed and you shoot them that's considered a murder in some states but not in others. Law vary state to state.

Probably. Depends, really. Since you had disarmed him, and he wasn't (technically) a threat, maybe. Who the fuck knows? Our laws are wobbly as fuck. Would probably depend on whether he was black or not too.

I think after you've disarmed them, you can't turn around and shoot them now, because they no longer pose a threat. You can call the police and report what happened, but I don't think you're authorized to suddenly kill them.

No sure though.

If he were to turn the gun on the would be robber and shoot him while he's running away, yes.

We covered this in the first couple weeks, then moved onto force vectors and electrical engineering. But I was in the College prep class.

I'm pretty sure you can't patent a molecule that's from an animal.

i thought the panic would be over the ten different endings,
since the secret that the endings were different wouldnt be
released to the public. This is just my interpretation of it.
