Depends on how far along you are. You can technically help every faction until the last few main quests. If you ever got a notification saying you are enemies with the BoS, then it's too late.

Do you like having DOMs? I didn't say you were injured or hurt, what I suggested was purely for managing soreness. Now you're just arguing with me for the sake of it. Do you forget that I'm actually an okay lifter and have been doing this for a while? It seems like you automatically reject my advice just for the sake of it. Sure, it's okay to have different opinions on different movements and training, but why would you buck at plain advice for soreness? You're being a goof, dude.

Dude, it's just muscle soreness. I'm not injured or hurt. I'm just not used to that movement. I don't need techniques to manage DOMs unless it's excessive. Good food and good sleep is all I need.

Something less likely to injure yourself. Shoulder movements are iffy for those things. Maybe like 50 front squats of 135.

Or 100 bodyweight pullups. Stuff like that.

I only started 3 weeks ago and took it slow, im able to do pull ups for 5 with 12 kg (25lbs) and ive learnt to love them.
