You need to work on that then. You should be able to do 10 before you are even considered fit or strong by any definition.

And as for bench, doesn't matter how low the weight goes, just go down until you can do that many reps. Don't worry about the weight, strength will come in time.

For back focus on pullups and rows. Pick a weight that you can get for 5-8 reps and do 5 sets of 5 for bench and rows.

Yes. Don't worry about doing a variety of movements just for arms, they aren't necessary. Right now, arms shouldn't even be of your concern.

When you said tri-ceps that sentence shows up, cuz of the word filter thingie

I do as you say then, ill lower my reps a bit, then ill increase them exponentially, till i can do the regular ammount, then ill get a lil bit more weight, thanks man

No, you don't understand. That amount of volume is more then pretty much anyone needs. You don't need that much EVER in your current situation. Just stick to one movement for each muscle and then stay that way. Don't increase reps, increase weight. You are too weak to be worried about reps and increasing your volume of work.
