well martial arts are a big part too, I took a ninjutsu for 16 years. now when I am home I take my muramasa (not the original forger, but 3 generations down from him) and go through forms for like an hour a day to relax lol

they are just different swords, I own a lot of european blades too, including some Toledo steel from the 1800's and one frome the late 1700's
