if you have they weight you want you just need to turn some of it into muscles
eat some proteins and work out and youll be fine
if you are doin it right you gain 6-8 kg of muscles in a year

Strength training will definitely help improve your physique and it burns more energy than cardio alone. You can burn fat and build muscle at the same time so maintain a healthy diet (~2000 calories) and do strength training 3 days a week with a rest day between them. I do a bit of cardio to warm up and warm down and sometimes I'll do a cardio day, you can also do cardio on your rest days. Calories in vs calories out is important, don't listen to the broscience that says you should massively overeat to build muscle, that will just make you fat. If you want to use protein shakes get a lean protein shake and have it with water, protein shakes are good for recovery after a workout but they're not necessary. Don't forget leg day and sweat sweat SWEAT!
