Meh. Anyways, I did a body fat percentage calculator and these were my results.

Results:
Using your measurements of a 22 inches waist and weight of 111 pounds your body fat percentage we calculated using FOUR different methods. Your body fat estimates are 9.00 % using the U.S. Army body fat algorithm, or
7.57 % using the U.S. Marine body fat algorithm, or
4.14 % using the U.S. Navy body fat algorithm, or
-7.14 % using the formula developed by the YMCA.


Men are typically lower in body fat percentage, averaging around 23%, with an ideal of about 15%. Highly fit athletes are between 5-10%.
