Well, I am a collection of cells and electronic impulses fuelled mostly by daily doses of sarcasm and misguided attempts to come up with a plausible way to time travel.

Sorry I can't help you. It's a very serious mental issue that a normal person shouldn't screw around with.

No no, it's fine. I completely understand. Every person reacts differently to it and you can't be sure what helps for you will help for others.

I'm just not a massive fan of doctors. Mental illness isn't exactly treated well here, somehow.

It's generally tied to abuse as a kid. So they might look into that with what they did to my dad.

I literally can't help you. I mean I have it sure, but my personalities are much different than yours. Mine aren't really an issue for me. I have all the same issues with memory loss and what not as you, but my personalities don't have that much of an impact on what I do... to a degree.

You're better off contacting a therapist or somebody professional. That's what happened to me. They found it when they were looking at the possibility of having BPD for me. Which I do have as well.

Just because it's rare doesn't mean you don't have it.

It's a day by day type of thing.

It all sounds familiar but it says it's extremely rare and nothing was picked up previously when I was treated for depression. (Unsuccessfully)

How do you cope with it? I can't stand the constant flickering and forgetfulness and the headaches.

You literally just have to do nothing. It requires no effort whatsoever and eventually, something else will kill you for you. You might even enjoy yourself along the way.
