Read Ultimate Fallout in between also. It's more a follow up to the Death of Ultimate Spiderman but it sets up things in Hickman's Ultimates also.

Ultimate Universe, the Ultimate Doomsday trilogy & then Hickman's Ultimates run.
No nothing really to do with Sue besides that after they broke up his moral center faded away and he became obsessed with undoing "the systematic rape of science in this world".

He also kills his parents to fake his death while simultaneously attacking the ultimates hq, baxter building, i believe the white house, and Peter parkers house.

>Created this dome were time moves VASTLY faster then it does in the rest of reality around it, he raises a race of people who become so advanced that...
>They defeat & depower all of asgard.
>Destroy all of the British related countries.
>Obama drops the Hulk into their city as a distraction & then launches all the nukes at it. The city survives and Reed kills Obama & 99% of the American government.

because griffith was not a dick in the golden age arcs
he was the perfect being when he still had his humanity and he didn't really want to sacrifice his friends. only circumstances and temptations led to what happened
but the good griffith that we could love died in the eclipse, after that he became a huge dickhead

People don't change only circumstances do

Your using the wrong word. They weren't friends (except maybe Guts), they were hangings on. Still an atrocious thing to do, as I am sure they all saved his ass many times over, and he still fucks em.

pffs yeah thats why he threw a hissyfit when guts tried to leave him to try and become his friend by following his dreams so he could feel equal to him, even if it meant crossing him, either he's a hypocrite and saw guts as someone close to him, or he's a hypocrite for being against guts standing up to him
wat a lil bab

Guts was his property, won fair and square in a duel. He was also his best commander and best fighter. Guts was a crucial in him getting this far. Your damn right he tried to keep him. Doesn't make him a friend; just an asset to further his goals. Don't misunderstand me, I want Griffith to burn in a demon's asshole for all eternity, but he never saw any of them as friends; just useful pawns.

i definitely see where you're coming from. i'm still kind of uncertain what take i will go with, but that reaction just seems like too much if he was merely an (incredibly important) asset. even if he were crucial to his plans, he had the princess in his pocket and was about to get there anyway. if his mind was really on cost-benefit goal oriented person-valuing, then it's really odd that the next thing he does is straight up screwing himself over by screwing that princess. idunno

seems more like the sort of thing you'd do if your pride was scorned, and you cant face losing someone that important, and that you're somehow emotionally wounded enough by it to seek comfort and distraction in the princesses bed
