The neatest swap I've seen is a Z06 corvette motor in a miata.

Oh, it's a shame it have only 60HP, you need a swap definitely My prelude is pre-Vtec too, unfortunately, and even in most powerfull version I have only 150HP. So my only way for more power is also H22.

My buddy just swapped B18 180HP in his 2gen CRX and this is madness for me And he still thinks about more mods... But you are right, these are more expensive, and rare. From year to year It's more difficult to find parts. At least in my country

Yea same here, I have a friend with a 1990 that's been gutted with a built h22 and its pure insanity lol but I'm going to enjoy all 60 hp of the 1.5 that's in it for right now ;)

Are you lucky or do you just not haul heavy loads much? I had a buddy who went through 2 by that mileage, the last one he bought a built aftermarket from ATS diesel I think, no problems since. She's getting rusty but he retired it to the shop vehicle now.
Went cummins at my recommendation, the newer gen powerstrokes just aren't the same.

I totally agree, I work at a Ford dealership and they just don't do it for me haha and I guess just lucky, it's had its fair share of hauling, mostly campers and car trailers lol but it still shifts awesome, no issues with the it. I'm not sure if maybe it had been replaced before I got it, it had 90k on it when my family bought it. And this had rust issues too, holes about the size of my fist in the bed above the wheel wells haha had to have that repaired as well as some rusty brake lines

How about B-series engines? These are lighter than H22. Though, I'd love to see H22 under my preludes hood

I've been thinking about a b series, but I'm all honesty I just thinking h22 because it's a whole lot cheaper haha and 200 hp in an 1800 lb car is more than enough for me hahaha I'm sure there are cheaper b series motors but I'm a Honda noob so I don't really know what I'm looking for lol
