Thank you. To help me battle against this, I smoke weed early in the morning to help me be calm. Honestly, it takes a lot of the edge off and I truly feel the normal I want to be. I also craft, if you look at page you'll see that, and it helps me keep my mind occupied. I'm also taking a workshop at the Canadian Provincial Building. They have classes that help you learn how to naturally relax, calm down, and help you build healthy relations with people.

If you see your lady friend again, tell her about finding a class to help her. It's out there, and they're there to help people like us. Thanks for the love man, I appreciate it.

She drinks all the time to quell the pain, and has it as her sort of badge of honour as a mask, pretending shes doing it to be cool. She's doing a lot better though, i think she'll be fine though suprisingly. No one deserves this illness, ive had bad depression but it seems even worse than that. Hey creative stuff like crafting is a great idea too

Not to sound edgy, dramatic, or anything along those lines but it affects me a lot. My longest realtionship was three years (before I found this out) and everything since then is about 6 months to a year. Everyday is a struggle trying to feel "normal" and not trying to be set off by every little thing. My mind is against me, telling me to just end it all or a constant "put me down" with everything I seem to mess up. It feels like the Black Rage inside me is trying to consume me.. I just want to feel normal and not be angry or depressed all the time. The doctor's said I have a over active mind, which causes a lot of stress and a lot of negative effects with my BPD. On top of that, I'm also a introvert.

Life mode: Good luck.

Some say it's genetic. People with this mental illness have a hard time regulating emotions (anger in my case,) and again in my case I have a hard time maintaining a healthy relationship with my family.

I know its the biggest red flag for a guy to get in a relationship with a woman who has this, as they can unfortunately become very manipulative, terribly insecure and in general ruin lives. It's not their fault of course, but its the truth. I dont really hear about it affecting guys so much, im guessing you don't hold partners for long (assuming you're not a virgin like me lol)

It's because most jobs who get tips like waiters and delivery drivers make less then minimum wage. Last i checked it was anywhere from 3 to 5 dollars an hour with the idea being that they will be getting tips to supplement the rest of the income. I've heard some people claim that that now the places have to pay you minimum wage if you don't make enough in tips to cover what you would actually be getting for minimum wage but I have no clue about that since last time I was working a tip job was a long time ago now. To be honest even though it's a really shitty system sometimes it's actually better, for instance sometimes you have a really good night where everybody's feeling generous and you get a lot more than you would have doing it for hourly minimum wage. I remember one night I end up getting close to $1,000 just on tips alone. Then of course comes the other edge of the double edged sword wherer you could end up making $30 in tips for an entire night's work.
It very much is a broken system certain businesses have taken to the advantage, but I get very annoyed at people who say they don't tip because of the system. Simply for the fact that that is not teaching this Corporation a lesson they could care less if their employees get tips all you are doing is screwing over the guy giving you your food who uses those tips to survive.

Delivery drivers typically get paid minimum wage. I was a pizza delivery driver for 7 years, and was the only position that got tips and made the same as everyone else. other employees kinda hated us for it.

I'm in the UK though and every one earns at least £6.70 minimum wage, then waiters get tips on top. I understand in America waiters earn less
