Its a basic agreement and expansion of thought on what you just said. An agreement that they work with Customs and Law Enforcement more than as a branch of military.

yeah, but as a sailor in the us navy, I don't like being called a seaman, because I am not one. Sailor is the correct generic term. Seaman is more specific to a set of rates neither engineering in nature nor dealing with aircraft. Those are fireman, and airman.
