yes but in a country with strict gun laws, terror in the streets, and a police department that has far too much to deal with from all the attacks, maybe a few calming words can suffice for the 5 year old

That's what I mean. I think it's annoying me because the father was so calm, I would just expect more of a reaction generally.

Omnipotent?..you mean the shit Piccolo and kami have done for the entire run of DBZ?

Then there's the whole Instant Transmission thing...

I don't think its ever stated anywhere how much Goku can lift its all "This is the heaviest and dense material in the universe" or "This is 10x gravity" but he does have punches that have been stated to "Have the ability to destroy the entire universe." since it was only going to take 3 clashes with Beerus before the universe ended. Then you've got the whole "he was getting stronger" thing on top of that :/

Goku at the start of the Buu saga can just about barely manage to move with 400 tons of weight on him.

SSJ3 boosts his power by 400 times, so he can walk with 16 thousand tons of weight at that point. The problem comes in from how we have no idea how much stronger he gets from SSJ God. It's stated to be significantly stronger than Vegito, who has a carrying capacity of about 80 million tons, and then recall that SSJGSSJ is another 50x above that.

So basically the only real idea we have as to Goku's strength is that he can definitely lift at least 4 billion tons.
#163 - skeletorexplains (04/02/2016) [-]
i don't think those estimates are..correct. at all.

Since during the Fireza Saga, Frieza threw a damn island at goku and he caught it. An island isn't..a few tons, It'd be a few Million tons. then you gotta remember he wasn't even using kaioken, let alone super saiyan.

As far as i am aware, it isn't stated anywhere his lifting capacity, It's all Estimates and rough calculations.

Adding to this-
The only estimate that was ever given about his strength was during his training on the Kai planet.

According to the DBZ manga, each of the limb weights was 40tons each, so 160tons total. Not to mention he trained on the grand kai planet, being 100x gravity, that'd be 16,000tons. Add that onto the multipliers, choosing whether or not to talk about Oozaru / Super saiyan 4 / Golden Oozaru etc..

Just checked, in the anime (Kai 2014 episode 3, about 16 minutes in) it says they're 10 tons each, for 40 total. I'll admit I was wrong, I was working with King Kai's planet gravity, so the base we're working off is 4000, not 400. I made a mistake somewhere in my previous calculations, so step by step just applying multipliers:

SSJ2 is 100 times base power, giving 400k tons
Vegito is, as Kaioushin explains, multiplicative, unlike the fushion dance which is additive, i.e. Vegeta*Goku, so about (400k)^2, giving 160 billion tons. SSJ God is stronger than that, on top of which is also a 50x boost from SSJGSSJ, so 8 trillion tons.

*This is a lower minimum based. Considering his punches with Beerus could potentially destroy the universe, he's actually way stronger than that.

Aren't whites and asians 7% neanderthal? So there is a difference in race.

www.dailystormer.com/dna-proof-of-racial-differences-more-facts-come-to-light/ also on this site there is a bunch of statistics but i couldn't find any sources? can anyone write if they are fake or not.
#39 - arsidw (03/30/2016) [-]
The Daily Stormer is a white supremacist site with a reputation for inaccurate information. Race can be determined biologically, but the Daily Stormer's claims are mostly false. For information on the biological basis of race, I recommend reading scientific studies.

Oh allright.

I thought that by bone structure they could tell if a skeleton was Caucasian or black as well as male or female?

Isn't that a genetic difference?
#18 - anon (03/30/2016) [-]
What it basically means is there's no real line to be drawn in genetics that can completely separate two races. Yes its possible to distinguish the skull of a African versus a European in most circumstances, but you will also be able to find a skull that exhibits a mix, blend, or middle ground of all traits used to distinguish both skulls. Look at it in terms of skin color. Yes, if you took a super white Northener and compared him to a very dark African man its super easy to see the difference. But its also possible to find a skin color that is in the middle of the two in terms of darkness and every tone in between that. Basically all traits that we use to separate race exist in a cline or on a gradient. Its easy to look at two sides of the extreme and say they're different but if you were to take a walking trip from White europe down to dark africa you wouldnt simply pass a gate and go from super white to super black. You would instead slowly and more transitionally darker. This cline and gradient effect that is observed in traits that govern race are where this "no biological basis" for race exist. Obviously different traits exist and are easily differentiable but are mostly evolutionarily based such as sunlight and skin color. We're all human and all the same species. Is it right? who knows but thats where the anthropological interpretation comes from.
#8 - anon (03/30/2016) [-]
Physiologically speaking sure, I think this is more implying things like habits. One race is not intrinsically more likely to commit crime than another.
#9 - huskyd (03/30/2016) [-]
But yet statistics show differently.
User avatar
#22 - iliekcereal (03/30/2016) [-]
when adjusted for social class, all races commit crimes at virtually the same rate. the idea that race is somehow connected to crime has been universally dismissed by any non-biased scientist. the genes that code for racial differences comprise a very small portion of the total genome and are yet to be linked to violent behavior
#14 - anon (03/30/2016) [-]
Correlation is not causation. Any assumption of the sort is incredibly misguided.
User avatar
#11 - rollertoaster (03/30/2016) [-]
Then it's probably a societal problem. You have to think why certain ethnic groups are committing more crimes, and address that problem.
#12 - anon (03/30/2016) [-]
Certain ethnic groups glorify crime and have no respect for authority. GL addressing that problem.
User avatar
#13 - rollertoaster (03/30/2016) [-]
That's not the problem, it's a symptom. Like I said, why is that the case? Keep working backwards until you have an addressable problem.
#49 - huskyd (03/30/2016) [-]
Oh yeah. White people, right. If that's the shit you're gonna pull fuck off and look at Africa.

#52 - rollertoaster (03/30/2016) [-]
Firstly, I didn't downvote you, someone else did. Secondly, I'm not really leading on to anything. If I knew what the final, end-all answer to this problem was (if there even is such an answer), I probably wouldn't be discussing it here on FJ.
