But you have guys in the military doing your paperwork, and concentrating on this point does not destroy all my other points. If the people in your military are in shape, than mission accomplished. Who cares about your country's military prowess when you're doing taxes for them?

Also French Foreign Legion. 'Nuff said.

You can brush it off, that's fine, I'm not the one who is 100kg asking for help, but I guarantee you it's the best way you're gonna lose weight and it's completely safe.

Also, you can get sufficient nutrition "vitamins/minerals" through supplementation of a multivitamin, but if you really think that you're not eating a diet one could label as 'malnutrition' right now - eating the garbage you do - then you're ignorant and any information I give you would be slighted. Remember, you are the one who is 100kg and asking for help, I walked down this road and here I am. Just saying..

I did a similar diet www.southbeachdiet.com/diet/

Went from 225lbs to 180 in a few months with exercise.
You end up not being hungry all the time like you typically are. According to the science behind the south beach diet people are constantly in a pre diabetic state from eating foods that break down into mostly sugars, so your body pumps out extra insulin then when your blood sugar drops you get hungry again right away. Once you go the first two weeks without having excess sugars most high sugar foods aren't very appealing.

mm the water only thing and exercise are actually really good tips, find something you enjoy, not jsut do, like a sport or a martial art to invest yourself in

Un consejo es que trates de reemplazar lo que comés por aburrimiento por otras cosas.
Coca por coca light, galletitas por galletitas de arroz, casancrem por casancrem light, etc. etc. etc.

Como vivís con tu flia que se la pasa morfando se complica, pero tratá de comprarte algunas frutas (la mandarina va como piña porque es re fácil de comer).

Si tenés calor hacete un licuado con fruta y hielo, aprovechá y hacé natación en alguna pileta o andá a correr a un gym con aire.

HIIT is the best way to go down in weight, combined with a diet of less-calories in than out. Do HIIT 4-5 a week, and see if you can do strength training 2-3 times a week in addition. Combined with a proper diet, you will see results quite quickly. I recommend tho not using a weight more often than once a month or even rarer, you will have your ups and downs in your weight loss, use the mirror instead and see the changes. Drink lot of water, it kills appetite.

Most important part of a diet is low-carb, and high in proteins. After a while without sugar and shit with sugar in it you will stop craving it. Have a high-carb "cheat meal" every fourth day, but dont let it make it exceed your daily calorie limit by much, and let it be "healthy" somewhat, not fucking cake or any shit like that (lots of good guides out there). A good thing to combine this cheat meal to after a good and long HIIT excersise. Cheat meal purpose is mentally help you and "trick" your body not going into complete starvation mode. I mostly ate chicken/salad/eggs when i was on mine, easy and quick to prepare, you can make a lot of chicken and just put it in your fridge and grab some through the week

Encima te debes cagar de calor en Santa Fe, fijate si te conseguís una nutricionista, aunque no te la cubra la obra social te sirve muchísimo, en 50% dieta y 50% ejercicio
