I used something called 'Rainmeter'. It gets annoying to use, and you will have to edit the skin here.
You can find the skin for it and you can just search up Rainmeter online: customize.org/rainmeter/skins/65670943
It takes a while, but you can get it working easily enough.

It's not gonna happen. They've fucked themselves into a corner with the throwaway lore. If you count the Mane, there are 17 different breeds of khajiit. Officially we have only seen one of these breeds per game, with the reason given being that the breeds tend to stick with their kind. They wouldn't have that kind of excuse with Elsweyr - they would have to make 17 different kinds of khajiit and, except for the Mane, make multiple distinct models of each of them. Plus it would be a game full of cats, which would be really hard to sell to people who aren't as hardcore as you or I. Hell, it would be shocking to see a return to elf lands, much less cats. To be Papa Franku with you, I'm expecting a return to High Rock, Hammerfell, Cyrodiil or Skyrim. But if they do go somewhere new, Elsweyr and Black Marsh are last on the list in terms of likelihood. I would personally be pleased and relieved if we got Summerset Isle and/or Valenwood.

I love the Elder Scrolls, have about 700 hours in Skyrim alone on Xbox and PC,and way more in Oblivion and yes, I desperately want the next one to take place in Elsewyr, because I love Khajiit and Dwemer ruins, and Elsewyr is full of both
but I would seriously consider draggin my ass through the fucking freezing North Dakota winds to shank you for saying such a horrible thing. Fallout is my skooma, man. If Bethesda doesn't announce it within the next year or two I'll go bloody insane.
#290 - amata (02/18/2015) [-]
What the hell? I have a distinct memory of reading or hearing somewhere that Elsweyr had a shit ton of Dwemer ruins, but I can find no mention of this anywhere. Okay, that changes things, but as long as the next Elder Scrolls game takes place in Elsweyr or Black Marsh I'll still be psyched. Thanks for correcting me, but remembering why I thought that is really gonna bug me now.
#304 - mayoroftownsville (02/18/2015) [-]
Yeah, no problem. But unfortunately for both of us, I don't think that's very likely. Both Black Marsh and Elsweyr would be hard sells to the non-diehard audience, and the lore explicitly states that there are 17 different kinds of Khajiit, all physically/behaviorally distinct. There are four legged giant battlecats, khajiit that look like people with whiskers, khajiit that look like wood elves with whiskers, housecats that can't talk, housecats that can talk, etc. I'm hoping and praying we get Summerset Isle and/or Valenwood, but I suspect that they're going to go back to one of the human provinces. And that would suck.
#318 - amata (02/18/2015) [-]
Hmm, I didn't know that about the Khajiit, but it reminds me of the Akaviri races. Now that would be a cool game. Something that takes place entirely outside of Tamriel, with like four races that have almost never been seen in an Elder Scrolls game before. Unfortunately, it's even less likely than a Black Marsh/Elsweyr game.
But yeah, if the next one takes place in Hammerfell or some shit I'll be salty. Even if that place does have Dwemer ruins.

hey heavy armor is still cool
#154 - heartlessrobot (02/18/2015) [-]
Light Armor takes time to get used to, and your character appearance will REALLY affect your feeling on how the armor looks, since you can see their face. A Dark Elf in Elven Armor looks wrong, no matter what. Greatswords are my favorite, they look beautiful, especially the Ebony one.
Duel wielding requires a lot of focus on armor rating, since you don't have a shield to save your arse against that Draugr Death Overlord and his Ebony Ax.
Unless you do duel wielding, light armor, and nab Haknir Death-Brand's armor ASAP.
#156 - thesovereigngrave (02/18/2015) [-]
Yeah, I don't like wearing wet tissue paper. And you can't just nab the Death-Brand armour, can you? You can't get it until you start the quest, right? Plus Solstheim would chew you up and spit you out.
My very first Skyrim character actually used greatswords and heavy armour; he was an Orc. I personally love the Bloodskaal Blade (did I spell that right?); you know, the red one in the Barrow beneath Raven Rock.
#157 - heartlessrobot (02/18/2015) [-]
I think so.
And the trick is to invest in stamina, switch difficulty over to Novice when you go to solstheim (make sure you're a Dunmer to absorb fire damage), and fucking run. Running and hiding are key. So is having Serana as a follower, since she's unkillable.
#334 - anonexplains (02/18/2015) [-]
that article was fake

All that says is "if the reports are to be believed, the game is going to be on Black Marsh aka Argonia" and "fans expect the setting of the game to be on Black Marsh aka Argonia". I'm not going to believe it until Bethesda actually comes out and says it, because Argonia is the one place I don't think the game would be set.
#344 - boydaranga (02/18/2015) [-]
Why not, there'd be heaps of shite to look into.
. Argonians rebelling against Thalmor and empire
. Argonians taken back land from the Dunmer.
. Argonia doesnt exclusively mean black marsh now that the argonians have occupied southern morrowind, so now argonian territory is a lot more larger.
. Argonians are a force to be reckoned with in their homeland and would pose a threat to southern tamriel, that's if they care about what's going in the world at all.
. they could pose a great threat considering they are the natives of tamriel (along with khajiit and hist) and they know that they are. And the evidence that they are getting braver and more numerous (Invasion of morrowind) along with the empire being at it's weakest point since the second era, could speculate that they just might actually do something big.
These are just my ideas, idk everyone wants valenwood or elsweyr or hammerfell but i dont think they'd be very interesting in that point in time, where Valenwood and Elsweyr are occupied by the aldmeri dominion and Hammerfell had already recently won rebelling against the empire and elves. so i dont think there'd be much interesting or going on in those countries/provinces.

See, normally I would agree with you.
But the thing is red guards are cool
They talk normally, they are bad ass, and arn't fucking annoying and have some form of respect for themselves.
Khajiit are sand niggers in the respect that they act like them more then they look like them.
Little cat muslims.
Not only that there is no immersion OR REASON there should be cat people, it makes no god damn sense in TES

1050 hours on my main Skyrim save, 700 hours on my main Oblivion save, plus a handful of 50+ hours characters in each game. This is just on my Xbox 360. I've played every single Elder Scrolls game in existence besides Battlespire and Shadowkey (although I have the game files for the latter).
I'm a tad bit obsessed with the series.
#182 - anonexplains (02/18/2015) [-]
I have 175 on my most played char, but I have like 30 other side characters all having at least 20hrs each.
If only I wasn't on console...
