If they had shown something of the zelda wii u, I might call it a tie, but sony showed the most powerful 8th gen system, at a relatively cheap price (if the wii u does not get a price drop, this will undercut nintendo some), with a large number of great looking games.
I love me some smash bros, and nintendo dominated the handheld field, but this year sony proved it could step up from the abysmal launch that was the ps3.

they didn't want to show it yet because skyward sword had taken longer than they expected to make so this for this one they didnt want to rush some footage that they would make so many changes to the game it wouldn't matter, its expected to release late this year or early next year and that is a bit long source: www.zeldauniverse.net/zelda-news/zelda-wii-u-was-almost-shown-at-e3-development-is-progressing-quickly/

They didn't want it to overshadow other titles, like the wii u demo overshadowed skyward sword. They also want to save news so they could have a big reveal later in the year. It would have overshadowed thiings at e3, yes, but the hype it would generate for the system would be immense. Sony got hype for the ps4, more than Nintendo got for the wiiu. This is why I say they won.

As a nintendo fan, sony won that fair and square, although nintendo did great and everyone kicked microshaft's ass.

i still think nintendo won E3 personally but sony was very very close, its just that nintendo doesnt win in hardware they win in first party games which absolutly destroy sony and microsoft, although they do have some nice games

I haven't tried them myself yet so can't really say. If so though, but Bethesda has been using the Xbox to test and develop their games for the longest time, before porting them to other consoles. They've done a great job porting to PC, but because of how large scale most of their games are, they usually take the time needed to make sure it works well.

I skipped on the PS3 and only played 360 for half a year before giving up on it and sticking with PC. Once you go god race you never go back. At least, not fully.
