My personal definition of Street art is art permitted by the owner or even paid for by the owner.

Whereas graffiti is unsolicited(good or bad, it still wasn't expected and that's still kind of a dick move).

I quite enjoy the many different art styles that show up on the street though, solicited or unsolicited.

Welll about around the time when my Papi and Nemaw owned 16 city blocks from 1890 to 1948 of what is now downtown Houston today, yes, I do to answer your question. Still have some land out and about around the outskirts of Downtown Houston in towns like Humble, Spring, and especially Tomball Texas.
