Yeah, it was anti-capitalistic in a sense that they needed the unity of the entire workforce and expertise of leading companys to reach their goals, e.g. building the highways or supporting the Wehrmacht with supplies.
All companies needed to help out, they were forced to take their part in it. But still there were many big companies who really took profit out of it and still exist today, while most companies who existed under Soviet or DDR law didn't survive.
One of the best know examples for a company going strong even after the defeat of Germany would be "Krupp".
